Bring the patient's original physical health card, active government ID (Aadhar Card), corporate ID card (if corporate policy), and all doctor diagnostic referral sheets.

2. Pre-Authorization Processing

The cashless desk handles approvals from the TPA portal. Emergency trauma admissions receive provisional approvals, while elective surgery requests should be filed 48 hours prior.

3. Discharge Clearance
